By submitting and/or confirming an order, you acknowledge and accept the shopping terms and conditions of our company. Submission and confirmation methods include, but are not limited to, online shopping platforms, telephone, or email.

Product Information

However, we do not guarantee these aspects and reserve the right to modify such information without prior notice. All product prices and packaging are subject to final confirmation before delivery. As our products are sold in original packaging and/or imported, all imported items retain their original local packaging, including labels and product descriptions.

Ordering

You agree to comply with our shopping policies and shipping fee mechanisms. Please note that there may be a time gap between when an order is placed and when the system processes it. An item may appear in stock at the time of ordering but may be out of stock when the system accepts the order. If your item is unavailable before order acceptance, we will notify you as soon as possible. We do not guarantee prior notice for sold-out items and will inform you via phone or email if necessary.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Customers must ensure all information is accurate before placing an order.

Payment Methods

Online payments can be made via credit card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. For pre-orders or offline purchases, we will contact you to arrange in-store payment. Customers are responsible for retaining receipts and/or records as proof of payment.

Delivery

We reserve the right to charge additional fees under the following circumstances:

• A single order requires delivery to multiple addresses

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery information is provided

• No recipient is available at the designated address or time
