As our products are sold in original packaging and/or imported, all imported items retain their original local packaging, including labels and product descriptions.

Ordering

An item may appear in stock at the time of ordering but may be out of stock when the system accepts the order. Delivery

We reserve the right to charge additional fees under the following circumstances:

• A single order requires delivery to multiple addresses

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery information is provided

• No recipient is available at the designated address or time
